Hurley's Boston Irish Bread is the only Authentic Irish Bread made in the U.S. baked in individually seasoned cast iron skillets, the old-fashioned way. All of Hurley's Breads are handmade and all natural. The unique recipe is a result from the marriage of the Hobans of Galway, Ireland and the Hurley's of Boston, Massachusetts. This classic recipe produces a moist, mildly sweet and well balanced bread that is reminiscent of a scone, with a sweet, golden crust.
